okay i saw a list on rachel teh's blog ytd (not that she'll ever know that). it's abt 50 things girls want guys to know. so today, out of curiosity, (and boredom, i'm trying to do e 1000 word chinese essay, but i'm taking a loooooong break) i'm searching "what guys like in a girl" on google.

i'm going to comment on this list i found.

1. We're not as big a pervert as you think we are.
(that remains to be seen. and most of u arent perverts. but the real perverts spoil your reputation.)

2. No matter what you say, your ex-boyfriend is an idiot.

3. We like to give you hugs and kisses sometimes too.

4. Don't argue with us when we call you beautiful.

5. Don't treat us like dirt - what goes around, comes around.

6. We know you're pretty, that's one of the reasons we're going out with you.

7. Don't go into detail about your period. It scares us.
(that is just gross. who wud do dat?)

8. If you have cramps and we ask you what's wrong, just tell us it's that time of the month and leave it at that.
(touché)

9. If you really liked us for us, you would let us think our mustache, beard or sideburns looked cool.
(hahahahaha sorry, but i prefer clean-shaven guys.)

10. We never shave our legs. Get over it!
(i know, i know. to date, i have 1 brother and 4 male cousins. although only my bro has reached puberty. e rest are currently 8 and below.)

11. NEVER ask us if you can put make-up on us...it's just wrong.
(hahahaha! this is funny. dont worry, i wont. i dont even put make-up on myself.)

12. Don't make bets about us, because one of your friends will tell us, if you don't.
(i dont make bets.)

13. When we tell you that you're not fat, believe us.
(i dont think i'm fat. unlike wong ming-en and e rest of e "i'm too fat" population out there.)

14. We do not absolutely care about the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, or whatever other guy looks like, for that matter.
(same here.)

15. We may not be able to pee accurately all the time, but at least we can stand up and go pee.
(that was just random.)

16. Just because you think you're always right doesn't mean that you don't have to apologize when you do something wrong.
(i will apologize, so hold ur horses.)

17. You expect us to say and do sweet things for you, but it would be nice if you did the same every once in a while. We like to know you love us.
(is it just me, or does this author sound more and more like a girl? cos i seriously doubt guys really care abt such stuff. but then again, i was e one who wanted e male perspective.)

18. We can't always be spontaneous, so try to help us make the plans sometimes.

19. Don't ask us to beat up another guy for you, 'cause you might get what you wish for.

20. Never kick us in the "no no area" just to see what we would say.

21. Never pretend like you are going to break up withus and laugh when we believe you.

22. Pamela Anderson's boobs aren't fake anymore, but we like yours better.

23. Size doesn't matter, except to idiots that don't want a relationship.

24. PMS is not an excuse.

25. If you want to put the seat up when we're done, you should put it up when you're done.
(obviously, i'm confused. is this a rule that doesnt exist in singapore/asia?)

26. Don't tell us how cute your ex-boyfriend was. That doesn't turn us on.

27. Always remember - the way to guy's heart is through his stomach..and maybe...oh nevermind....

28. And last but not least: we know you're not always right, but we'll pretend
like you are anyway.

ok, now for e "50 things girls want guys to know" list. just so you know, i'm obliterating everything i think isnt true.

3. I will leave if you lie.

7. "Fine" is never an appropriate response when I ask you how I look.
8. Most of the time when I fantasize, it's about you.
10. I get turned on simply seeing that I have an e-mail from you.

considering that i cleared out more than half of this list, i'm probably unpredictable and unconventional. although that might not be my fault. i'm going to be a good girl and go do my hw now.
