no, i havent finishd reading 放过我吧，老师, but mph was having a clearance sale, and there were up to 90% discounts!!! so i went and bought 9 bks for $56 (i know, right, i'm so lucky) rem i said i had cip during e sch hols? it was at esplanade for a few sessions, and fr city hall mrt to esplanade there's this walkway that passes by mph, that's how i noticed e bkshop. so i went in on thurs with 1 of e nanyang girls i was doing cip with and bought 2 bks for $6, went on fri with the same girl and bought 2 bks for $6, 2 bks for $3, 1 bk for $8 and 1 bk for $12. in total, that was 6 bks for $38!!! then went with piggy and sneha dodo on wednesday (last day of sale) and bought 1 more bk for $6. woo~! happy days ttm! so, to put it less long-windedly XD, i stopped reading 放过我吧，老师 to read all e other bks i bought, hee. but i'll continue reading aft i finish reading "third degree". i'm really happy, finally found this bk at mph and bought it for $6! it's 1 of my favourites and i hadnt even been able to find an ebook of it anywhere.

anyway, on thurs i bought "parallel parking" by natalie standiford for $6, it was okay but not awesome. it was e 6th bk in e dating game series, and i prob wudn hav bought it if i'd known it wasnt e 1st bk. but i stil can follow e story even thought it's so far into e series. also bought "you, maybe" by rachel vail for $6, i didn really like it, not recommending this one. on fri, i got "third degree" by greg iles for $6!!! sick, gross and way too disgusting but it has an awesome plot. think jodi picoult with too many details, but it's so good. also got a 2-in-1 lizzie mcguire book for my sis, has "new kid in school" and "picture this" in it, i think it's written by disney, there isnt any other name on e cover. it's only $3 so it's a steal XD i havent read e lizzie mcguire bk, and everything else that i'm gonna list. got "foul play" in e hardy boys series for my bro for $3. got "the diving bell and the butterfly" by jean-dominique bauby for $6, e movie was recommended to my class by ms goh, our previous contract eng teacher. now ms ng has come back and is haunting us all. got "you didn't hear it from us: two bartenders serve women the truth about men, making an impression, and getting what you want" by dushan zaric and jason kosmas for $12, e most expensive bk i bought. (when i went back on wed, i found a copy of it selling for $8, wasted $4! could have bought another bk! but anyway, it's still a steal) e bk is abt 2 gay bartenders telling women what's cool and what's not XD bought it cos i like to think that gay marriage killed e dinosaurs. (nah, i bought it just cos it's written by gays, i'm that quirky XD) e last bk i got on thurs is "mistral's kiss", it's e 5th novel in e merry gentry series by laurell k. hamilton, e synopsis is really captivating, i bought e bk for $8 cos i was so hooked onto it. kudos to e publisher or whoever wrote it. on wed, i bought another greg iles bk, "the devil's punchbowl", for $6. it's his latest bk, if i'm not wrong. so i'm gonna hav a great time reading everything :) :) :)
